Traders4ACause or their officially designated event management organization in their sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or decline an individual’s registration for an event. Further, T4AC, or event management, reserves the right to prohibit entry or to remove any individual whether registered or not, be they attendees, exhibitors, representatives, or vendors, whose conduct is not in keeping with the character and purpose of the event. Without limiting the foregoing, T4AC and event management reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who has registered or gained access under false pretenses, provided false information, or for any other reason whatsoever that they deem is cause under the circumstances.

Sponsor Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPONSORS: Traders4acause (“T4AC”) recognizes sponsors for their support of this important program. T4AC reserves all rights and discretion regarding all aspects of the sponsorship of event including, but not limited to, selection of sponsors, identification of appropriate sponsorships, recognition of sponsors, and any and all other terms, conditions, and fees consistent with established T4AC policies involving sponsors.
ELIGIBILITY. T4AC seeks sponsorship support only for activities in connection with programs and initiatives that support T4AC’s mission and strategic priorities. Sponsorship must be relevant to T4AC’s mission and acceptance of a proposal for sponsorship of any program or activity is at the discretion of T4AC’s president or executive director. T4AC reserves the right to reject any sponsorship deemed inappropriate to, or inconsistent with, the mission of T4AC. T4AC accepts sponsorship only if acceptance does not pose a conflict of interest and does not in any way impact the ethical and professional standards and mission of T4AC. T4AC further reserves the right to negotiate with any sponsor concerning any aspect of a proposed sponsorship and to decline sponsorship as it deems necessary.
RIGHT-OF-FIRST-REFUSAL. T4AC reserves the right to offer the right-of-first-refusal to the previous year’s sponsor of a particular program, event, or activity, with an agreement deadline to be established each year at T4AC’s sole discretion. Except in cases where there is a right-of-first-refusal, sponsorship is determined on a first-come-first-serve basis and the receipt of a signed agreement or reservation form.
